By placing an order with Rooted Wellness, you confirm that:

- Pricing or product information contains an error.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
If payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Where applicable, VAT is included in the price shown. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated times shown on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Rooted Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the products have been delivered.
